Our School Team
At the heart of Moyne Community School is a committed team of approximately 70 teaching and support staff. Our teachers deliver a broad and varied curriculum, while our special needs assistants, administrative, caretaking and cleaning teams make an essential contribution to the smooth running and welcoming atmosphere of the school.
Through teaching, guidance, pastoral care and learning support, our staff work together to ensure that students are known, supported and given opportunities to develop academically, personally and socially.

The Senior Leadership Team is supported by an experienced network of Assistant Principals. Collectively, these post holders provide leadership across important areas of school life, including year-group support, teaching and learning, student wellbeing, attendance, special educational needs, curricular programmes, digital learning, health and safety, student leadership, sport and environmental initiatives.
This leadership structure helps to ensure that students, staff and families have access to clear supports and that the school’s academic, pastoral and organisational priorities are effectively coordinated.

Student Council
Student voice is an important part of life at Moyne Community School. Our Student Council includes elected representatives from across the school’s different year groups and classes, ensuring that students have a meaningful opportunity to share their views, raise ideas and contribute to school life. Council members consult with fellow students and work with staff on matters affecting the student body. Through their involvement, students develop confidence, responsibility, leadership and communication skills while helping to make our school an even more welcoming and inclusive place. We encourage all students to engage with their representatives, contribute ideas and consider becoming involved in the Student Council during their time at Moyne Community School. It is a valuable opportunity to have your voice heard and to make a positive difference. |
