Application for place in 1st year in Moyne Community School in 2027/2028

Applications for enrolment in to 1st year for the 2027/28 school year open on October 5th, 2026. Completed application forms along with  an uploaded copy of an original birth certificate must be submitted by Monday 26th October 2026.  Please find below our School Admissions Policy - you are asked to read this policy. 

This year our application process has moved to an online format. The link is below for parents to create an account on our admissions portal. To complete the application you will need to register a valid email and phone number. You will also have to supply the childs PPS number and upload a copy (photo or PDF) of the birth cert.

All offers of places and enrolments forms will be provided via this online portal.
Below is our Admission notice which clearly sets out the timeframe for applying for a place in 1st year for the 2027/2028 school year. Please ensure that you have submitted a full application by the closing date. Late applications may be placed on a waiting list.

Application Forms

Application for 2027/28 is online. Below is the  link to the online application portal. You will be asked to create an account. Please ensure you have a valid phone number, and mail address to set up your account.
You will be notified by Friday 13th November 2026 of an offer of a place.
You will then be asked to confirm acceptance of the place by completing a full Enrolment form. This must be returned to the school by Friday 11th December 2026.
If your application is for a place in our Special Class which is provided for students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a recommendation for the special class pleas fill out the details in the appropriate section. An applicant for Clann Hazel must provide a valid NCSE Letter of Eligibility for an autism special-class placement for the 2027/2028 school year, in accordance with the school’s Admission Policy.
