Moyne Community School now offer a facility for payments to be made to the school securely online by credit/debit cards.
Unfortunately due to local bank closures and restrictions in cash lodgements we are no longer able to accept payment by cash.
To make a payment visit the our VSWare school mangement information website – https://moynecs.vsware.ie (click on the button below). Login with your username and password. You will have received these via the text messaging service we operate. If you have not received one yet please contact the office.
Once logged on you will see the screens below. You can click on the links on the left hand side to view your childs information. Here you will find their timetable, attendance record and all past term reports that are stored in the system
If you have more than one child in the school click on the left or right arrows under the student shown to move to another one.
To make a payment for a student please visit the Fees tab on their page on the left hand side, Select the fee(s) you wish to pay for and click Pay. You will be prompted to select a card type and enter payment amount. Tick on the payment method box to choose what method of payment you wish to use. Fees are attached to the page of the student who they are attached to, so if you have more than one child check each page for the fees. For example to pay book rental for a pupil in 1st year you need to click on the fees tab on their page. If they have a sibling in 5th year their book rental charges will appear on the fees tab on their own page
Please note log-in details are case sensitive and may include numbers and keyboard symbols.
In common with many other schools, we ask parents to make a voluntary family contribution of €50 towards the provision of a wide range of services in the school that directly benefit their child. This is a single contribution of €50 per family regardless of the numbe rof pupils a family has in the school. The service this contribution supports include
unlimited photocopying of notes and other class materials,
stationary for all school based examinations,
subsidising transport costs to various events,
subsidising the costs of visiting speakers
and numerous other small but very important activities.
In light of the difficult financial circumstances which many families are experiencing, we are very happy to accept the contribution in instalments over the course of the year.
We would like to thank all of the families who have assisted the school in the past
